Everest Market is free to use for browsing, posting listings, searching rooms, and applying to jobs. By using the app, you agree to provide accurate information during profile verification and in any listing, room, or job post you create.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you post and for your conduct when meeting other users. Everest Market is a platform that connects buyers, sellers, landlords, renters, employers, and job seekers — it is not a party to any transaction, rental agreement, or employment arrangement made between users.

Listings and messages that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate applicable Nepali law may be removed, and accounts responsible may be suspended. Trust scores are provided as a signal, not a guarantee.
