Everest Market Child Safety Standards

Last updated: October 2026

These standards apply to Everest Market (com.everestmarket) and prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across the service.

01Zero tolerance for CSAE

Everest Market strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any content or behavior that sexually exploits or endangers a child. This applies to profiles, listings, photos, comments, and in-app chat.

  • Prohibited content and behavior: creating, requesting, sharing, possessing, or promoting CSAM; grooming or attempting to groom a child; sexualizing or soliciting a child; sextortion; trafficking; or directing a child to sexual content or activity.
  • Age requirement: Everest Market is not intended for people under 18. Users must not use the service to contact, target, or exploit a child.
  • No circumvention: attempting to move child exploitation or abuse off-platform, or to evade detection or enforcement, is prohibited.

02Reporting and response

Users can report abusive profiles, listings, or messages through the in-app report option. Reports about child safety can also be sent directly to our Child Safety Contact at support.everestmarketapp@gmail.com. Please include the relevant profile, listing, or conversation details; do not download or forward suspected CSAM.

Everest Market reviews child-safety reports, restricts access to content and accounts when appropriate, and may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, and report suspected abuse to the appropriate authorities or organizations as required by applicable law. We cooperate with lawful investigations.
